Welcome to Camden Plantation Homeowners Association, Inc. A homeowners association (HOA) is a legal entity that governs a community of homes. The HOA was established to handle community issues in accordance with the governing documents for the community. In the future, the HOA will manage and maintain the amenities and common areas of the community. Property values are preserved through consistent standards for the maintenance and improvement of individual homes within the community.
